SUZHOU CREEK WAREHOUSE
Located along the famous Suzhou Creek in northern Shanghai, this abandoned warehouse was renovated into a large, open-floor office space housing premier media and advertising companies.

Built within a large colonial laneway house and situated in the heart of downtown Shanghai, Inn Shanghai was developed as a unique alternative to the typical serviced apartment experience with a high-quality design that harkens back to the city’s former days.
THE SPACE
The Space is a 1,200 sqm creative warehouse complex in the heart of Shanghai’s former French Concession. With original hardwood floors, exposed wooden roof beams, and the sanctuary of a quiet Shanghai laneway, the office space retains a classic Shanghai charm amongst a bustling commercial district.
DECO LOFTS
Deco Lofts is an art deco warehouse complex located in downtown Shanghai. After an extensive rehabilitation, it is now home to some of Shanghai’s top creative companies.

A unique 2-story standalone retrofitted building into a high end showroom located on one of Shanghai’s busiest retail streets.
