Investment Summary
Following the success of Phase 1, we are working with Hollywood International Regional Center to raise EB-5 capital for Phase 2 of the Dream Hotel Hollywood. The second phase of the hotel, a $43 million extension, is expected to begin construction by the end of 2014 and will feature 86 rooms and 6 marquee food & beverage venues, including the world-renowned Tao Restaurant & Lounge and Beauty & Essex. With $15 million in equity capital already raised, we are seeking $28 million in EB-5 investor capital (56 individual EB-5 investors at $500,000 minimum per person) to complete fundraising.
